The Philippines' Social Security System (SSS) now allows payments in USDT. This is a state-run social insurance program that serves employees in the formal, informal and private sectors. Tether has partnered with Web3 infrastructure company, Uquid, to launch this payment method, helping people pay SSS with USDT on the TON blockchain.
