@snickerdoodle is going to experiment with running its own farcaster hub this week to see if message propagation times for detecting account follows is any better than using 3rd party APIs. /sharetoearn frames use Warpcast's native channel-follow API for detecting if a user has followed a required channel and response times are very fast. However, we have been using 3rd party APIs for detecting account follows and the response times can vary widely, which isn't great for our users. We'll discuss any interesting findings on Cookie Code this Friday on X.
