@jessepollak is there a roadmap for basenames?  I have a few q's...

- It doesnt seem like there is a renewal/extend process in place, is that correct?

- I'd love to manage the basename in my primary wallet but be able to point it/have it connected to another wallet (this is possible with ENS).  Any thoughts on adding this functionality?  I want to assign to my bankrbot wallet...

Hey @basewtf — if you want to set a basename to a different address while custodying elsewhere, go to base.org/name/*yourname* > manage profile > ownership > send name (to the address you want the basename to resolve to) > sign the first three txns, but do not sign the fourth.

This will keep the NFT in the original address to reclaim it whenever you want!

In terms of renewals, users can call the contracts directly anytime, but this will be added into the UI soon! Will ping back when it is added 🤝 @basewtf

Can you improve UI/UX? What if I sign the 4th by mistake?  Is there a reclaim process?
