If hut costs are based on villagers then it has sense the hut cost problem. Why leaderboard is not depending on trophies?

What's the point of giving the winners of the neighborhood an additional 100 trophies this week? This has no advantage, only two disadvantages. The leaderboard is sorted by the number of villagers, not by trophies, so we haven't climbed in the rankings. Additionally, the cost of huts has increased for us, for no reason. I want to give away my trophies unless the leaderboard is sorted by trophies.

The cons are losing 285 trophies and spending 1800 wood on 12 Lumber Camps instead of gaining 60 trophies per cycle. Now, with 303 trophies, I just need to recover food and gain 10-15 more trophies. I sacrificed 2 cycles with little progress. The pros are avoiding the future hassle of spending more wood as trophies increase (500 wood at 1000 trophies, 750 at 1500). By building 12 camps, I’ll save 6 future cycles (12 x 0.5 cycle), netting 4 full cycles. In 2-3 cycles, I’ll catch up to you and progress faster until 1700 trophies, before slowing down again.

Imagine if you could spend all of 2025 working without spending a single dime, with the sole goal of using that savings to travel back in time in 2026. A few years ago, everything was more affordable, right? The plan has its risks, but that’s the idea… My Village are going to travel to the past in the next Stoke Fire with plenty of capital! So don’t waste your time and raid my food in your next strike. I have too much food now!

Nice strategy Noah. Is a nice way for build the cheapest huts. You only need to protect wood and forget food because you only need to fed up 4 villagers.
