Yeah bee pollen is pure pollen. I got it at my local farmers market

How do you source this? Does honeycomb contain enough pollen to help?

Nah if u are getting symptoms go for it. It takes a few weeks to fully build up tho.

Can I start this now, or did I need to get on it before the season starts?
