@sassal.eth if you consider Gary denies bc he hates crypto a coin toss why are your odds greater than 50%? We know it comes down to Gary's vote. Therefore if he is a coin toss then the whole thing is a coin toss.

I didn't explain myself well there. I think there are various factors at play on if the SEC will approve/deny the ETH ETFs & I think the factor of Gary denying it because he hates crypto is 50/50 (b/c I don't think Gary hates crypto - Warren does). Then throw in the other factors and the % goes higher for approval.
