A new developer has joined the team on an 8-week paid test period, and if it all goes well, we'll establish a longer-term collaboration afterward. 

Here's a short bio he wrote:

> I'm a solutions architect by trade but have a development background. I love Python primarily, but I'm good with node.js and spend most of my day-to-day building integrations and AI agents.

He's from the UK, extremely high level. We are still hiring across three different programming languages, and the team we'll end up within 3 to 12 months will be amazing. We have Kanban boards for agile development across more than 15 projects that will ultimately be integrated into the Bark Ruffalo ecosystem. I take it seriously when I say that we'll win.
