Japanese cryptocurrency exchange DMM Bitcoin will shut down operations and sell its assets to an SBI Group subsidiary. The company abandoned plans to restructure its operations following the hack of 48.2 billion yen worth of bitcoins in late May.

Ken Sim, mayor of Vancouver, Canada's third largest city, announced plans to include Bitcoin in the balance sheet of the city of Vancouver to diversify the city's investment portfolio and become a Bitcoin-friendly city. This proposal will be submitted to the city council on December 11.

Reviving established tokens seems to be a possible meta. Teams that never quit, still have working products, and have proven to not be rugs or scams. People get burned enough chasing new things they start resorting back to familiar tokens with way less risk.

Meme success this year has been a byproduct of how impatient people have become. The culture of instant gratification with no work is appealing but also is very damaging long term. It's why some will never stop after making life changing money, they don't know how to.

$ETH - Chart looks fine. Some consolidation on support after a nice breakout. In a few weeks it's up more than an entire year of the S&P 500. 25% returns feels "slow" because people's dopamine receptors are fried from memes.
