wait is the phrasing “cut fruit” an aapi thing?

cause like i’d say “eating a piece of fruit” or even “eating some fruit” but never how she worded it lol

I don't think the phrasing itself is necessarily aapi. more so that many of our parents / family members would cut fruit for us when we were growing up as a way to show their affection and encouragement
