So I’m new to the fitness game in that I’ve never been a “fitness” person, but I started daily treadmill walks about a little over a month and 1/2 ago and was doing just over a mile in the course of an hour. As of today, I’m now at 2.3 in the same time frame. Small steps for big goals for me 🥹

idk why algo is showing me this a day late BUT omg what PROGRESS! so much of fitness is seemingly little improvement day to day then 2-3 months later you do something you used to do…except now much faster, lifting it easier, etc. and it’s like wowow bc you realize how far you’ve actually come 1500 $degen
