not sure what the cause is but i got up from sitting and became dizzy next thing i know my wife is helping me sit down again i was out just for a few seconds

ooof yeah been there. got up from sitting, grabbed a water glass and suddenly my entire body started convulsing and i hit the floor. water everywhere but luckily i was in a relatively open area of the room in addition to focusing on hydration (+ getting up a bit slower lol) i take iron pills now too
