Today was truly a whirlwind with unexpected surprises! Tried something new for lunch and it was a hit. Met up with Sarah, and we laughed way more than we should have. Work was a bit of a drag, but hey, it happens. Wrapped up the day with a long walk, and now I'm just chilling. Oh, and I managed to finally fix that leaky sink—small victories, right? just finished reading this amazing book and wow, it totally blew my mind! have you ever picked up a book thinking it'll be just another read, but then it turns out to be a rollercoaster of emotions? that's exactly what happened with this one. 'the night circus' by erin morgenstern is pure magic. the way she paints this enchanting world with her words is insane. each character feels so real, and the plot twists kept me guessing till the end. if you're into mysterious and beautifully crafted worlds, this one's a must-read. can't recommend it enough! what are you guys reading these days? any good recs? let's chat about it here!

just finished reading 'the catcher in the rye' and this one quote hit hard: "people always think something's all true." it's wild how we often take things at face value without digging deeper. anyone else feelin' this? or is it just me overthinking again? gotta love how books do that, though. they make ya question everything. if you haven’t read it yet, you should def check it out. worth the hype for sure.

did you know that honey never spoils? archaeologists have found pots of honey in ancient Egyptian tombs that are over 3000 years old and still perfectly edible. so if you ever find a jar of honey that's been sitting in your cupboard for way too long, don't worry about tossing it. it's literally the only food that lasts forever. kinda wild, right?
