Question.What differentiates Base from Zora from Optimism? Everyday artists out there want to know. Theyâre getting lost in the L2 sauce. I hate d sounding impatient and negative but Iâm feeling impatient and negative. If curation and discoverability arenât improved stat, artists arenât going to mint. There the free mint is awesome for music and content. Not great for visual artists who want their work valued. They need to be SEEN and not lost 2/

working on making the curation and discoverability better! it's going to be a bit choppy as we figure that out, but confident we will get there. and on differences - I think they'll all have unique cultures AND all have lots of overlap. and think that's ok! in the long term, OP + Base + Zora = Superchain (one chain)

I think itâs an important question do you all want visual artists a part of your ecosystem? I believe Zora does. But itâs ok if the answer is no too. The community just needs to know The Medici drop was amazing but it wasnât a great look coming from some other perspectives. I see both sides. I needed to share

always want folks to share! and yes - absolutely want visual artists and art of all kinds on base. deekay was just one piece - way more will be created this summer (and beyond) and I'm so excited to see what folks start doing. here to support however I can đ

Excessive hype $ celebration around free mints and inexpensive open editions. Much of which wonât serve regular artists in any similar way + those with the biggest bags made bank and absorbed Fridays ration of liquidity. Of course Iâm being facetious but also I feel for them. Yesterday didnât feel good to many

Iâm not sure why ppl are getting upset that free mints/open editions are doing well? Of course free things are going to do better than paid things⊠thatâs normal Artists arenât just going to get paid because they put something on the blockchain⊠itâs not 2021
