There is something about being in a car with a stranger that opens up space for deep, unexpected conversation.

Have had many conversations in Uber rides of other cities that give me new perspectives on life.

you need to be taking 9 hour drives with your friend [redacted] from NYC to [also redacted] four to six times a year between the ages of 18 and 22 for college. 

you need to tell each other about everything. they'll be your best friend for life and you'll both live by the rules of the road
