Last election I checked in and it looked a little hopeful. The state won’t let college students register in Utah unless they were residents prior to enrolling. I don’t know if that is normal in every state but I was under the impression Utah is stricter about this

I never peep the polls here as it’s probably always gonna be a bit of a land slide for the foreseeable future 🥲
