I’ve survived 361 days a year quite nicely off of 3. An egg pan, a large skillet and a large stockpot. This color is gorgeous. I know you didn’t ask but one thing about the dark colors is the finish looses its gloss kind of quickly. Too light and you see everything. Medium colors like orange, red and blue are ideal. That said, pink and gold are my favorites so you do you
