Ran my first marathon hosted by Nashville Rock n Roll yesterday. Really had no pacing strategy and the longest run I did before this was 10 miles. Never had running gel and wow that was gross, spit flavored and jizz consistency made me throw up at mile 17. Legs gave out at mile 16, but finished her out. Sore af rn 🫡
