1. Is this a fair breakdown/summary?
2. It offered the metaphor of "Decentralized AWS" - is this something you're trying to stay clear from? I know you're referencing NoCloud.

This was a definition written in this channel some time ago. A comment from Cassie was added into it. Maybe this helps, also has the AWS in it: AWS, but end-to-end-encrypted & decentralized. Users can permissionlessly port data between apps, and devs can build on data from other apps with the user's permission.
