There are challenges in upgrading blockchains to be post-quantum safe, however, some of them seem easy. Most keys these days are generated from BIP39 mnemonics. Bip39 is pq-safe. We freeze all balances. To unfreeze, we ask users to generate a STARK proof which shows seedphrase is related to their address. After that funds are moved to a new system. Done. The way Wikipedia treats crypto is pathetic. For an article I wrote they ended up removing most of my contributions because some mod didn't like the sources I used and I could not find others. The sources pointed to etherscan as the source of truth but that didn't seem to help. That was my last edit.

Really good article to learn about Erasure Coding, an improved version of the Hamming codes that you learnt in the university back ago, and are useful to detect (and fix) data corruption https://blog.ethswarm.org/foundation/2023/erasure-coding-supercharges-swarm/

Indeed. My two experiences so far... Yesterday the driver that picked us up in the airport dropped us off halfway to the apartment. I used Uber today. The estimated fare for the ride was 80-120 TL, but upon arrival, the driver requested 200 TL... I ended up paying 150. 😵
