What are your thoughts on likes being public on Farcaster, as was the case previously with Twitter. Who is in favor of making them private by default? Interested in hearing arguments of both sides.

I remember that there was a discussion about this topic initiated by Vitalik earlier this year.

exactly, it is currently fully public on farcaster, i.e. you can see how many people like a cast, and you can see who likes which cast, no matter if those are your own or other people’s casts

on X the default now is that you can see how many people like a tweet, but you can see who has liked only on your own tweets

ah okay I was not aware of that on X I think it's fine to show who has liked something
