Intended: top $degen tippers get most distribution of their work.

Unintended: $degen flows to mercenaries instead of missionaries. $degen sell pressure.  Missionaries lose vibe and move on.

I think we should tip people who we want to work with. Then the game is becoming someone others want to work with.
