(ok guys i already know it is one of the most challenging margin businesses ever, dont rain on my parade)


for a lot of reasons but mainly because i want to a) name the cocktails on the menu, b) force everyone to listen to my playlists

A friend of mine made a (small, 4-5 items) cocktail menu (with clever names) for when he has friends over. Limits the alcohol he has in the house, revives decision anxiety for the guests, and allows him to get really good at those drinks.
