The German Government has partnered with Market Makers Today, the German Government has transferred 2,533 $BTC ($155.25M) to the CEX exchange and handed it over to notable Market Makers. They sent 0.001 $BTC to Cumberland to test the hash and continued to transfer 133 $BTC to Cumberland. In addition, the German Government has transferred 1,500 $BTC to B2C2 (a unit that has cashed out dirty money for Jumptrading). Thus, it can be seen that the German Government and Market Markers have collaborated in liquidity for $BTC in recent times.
