5/ d. Pectra challenges: Testnets harder due to many EIPs & bugs (Holesky non-finality). Lack of central focus compared to prior upgrades. e. Pectra kudos: EthPandaOps & EF testing/security teams highly appreciated for testing, devnet support, & bug finding.

stewart brand named his magazine after his 1966 campaign to get NASA to release a satellite photo of the whole Earth, believing the image could foster a sense of shared destiny, a concept inspired by Buckminster Fuller's view on the impact of a flat-Earth perception. Using counter-culture tactics, Brand launched a button campaign with the question, "Why haven’t we seen a photograph of the whole Earth yet?" to pressure space programs. read more: https://artistsbooksandmultiples.blogspot.com/2017/11/stewart-brand-why-havent-we-seen.html

both @protocolguild and @l2beat are civic standards bodies which start with a question: PG: what is the L1 core protocol? L2B: what makes L2s secure? they use the resulting framework to produce lists PG: who is working on the L1? L2B: what are the most secure L2s?
