3/ ofc funding is not the only bottleneck - it takes time and intentional effort to scale processes, and they are always in need of tuning, iterating but it can be done, and we're going to do it we need the ecosystem to recognize & embrace their key role as funding partners🤝

1/ Ethereum L2s eager for SSF, native rollups, PeerDAS, gas limit/blob increases, better clients, etc we are better able to parallelize workstreams with consistent & sizable funding to get talent to show up and help ship. it's simple: fund core devs directly via @ProtocolGuild

wrt protocol governance, ephemeral social feeds live at the level of fashion these discussions _very rarely_ have deeper impact (process improvements, faster upgrades). that's why i try to get people to use other venues! (magicians, ACD, R&D Discord) shoutout stewart brand 🙏
