1/ Ethereum L2s eager for SSF, native rollups, PeerDAS, gas limit/blob increases, better clients, etc we are better able to parallelize workstreams with consistent & sizable funding to get talent to show up and help ship. it's simple: fund core devs directly via @ProtocolGuild

2/ IMO we're a $ order of mag. below where we should be, considering competitive demand for their skillset, urgency of scaling while also maintaining security ethereum mainnet + the EVM are the most public & most fundamental resource goods in our entire eco. FULL STOP

3/ ofc funding is not the only bottleneck - it takes time and intentional effort to scale processes, and they are always in need of tuning, iterating but it can be done, and we're going to do it we need the ecosystem to recognize & embrace their key role as funding partners🤝
