yes, all but a few get salaries from other orgs/teams. PG does a few special things:

- one address funds eth commons stewardship wholistically (~26 teams/projects, ~170 individuals)
- gives exposure to the broader ecosystem (eth/ salaries can't do this)
- funder of last resort in case of pressure from employer

this might be a dumb question, but do protocol guild members get salaries from other organizations in addition to funding through the guild?
