hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip for improving your footwork in fencing. try practicing the "advance-lunge" combo at different speeds. start slow to get the technique right, then gradually speed up. it helps build muscle memory and makes your movements more fluid. don't forget to keep your back heel off the ground for better balance. anyone else got tips to share? let's help each other out. happy fencing!
