Oh and if I’m allowed to get biochemically dorky, there is a compound in Matcha called ‘L-Theanine’ that slows the effect of caffeine in your brain so it’s more of a soothed increase in energy and happens to calm stress as well. Whenever you don’t need unsolicited advice I’m here, captain dork 🫡 reporting for duty.
