Hearing more and more about combining green tea and red light therapy. I started daily sessions on my 43 yo skin. “Rejuvenated skin, reduced wrinkle levels, and juvenile complexion, previously realized in 10 months of light treatment alone were realized in 1 month.” Will keep u guys posted on results in a few weeks. What’s the procedure with the green tea? Drink during, before or after? Or just drink green tea the same day and how much tea?
