It’s technically the most accurate but the reason I like it more than whoop is because its tech is open to API’s.

What do you use?

I can totally see that. It can definitely way into your life in a big brother sort of way.

But that’s actually what I like.

Should I go 100 or 50% in today’s class/workout? At what time am I in the deepest state of sleep and is that something I can manipulate? Is it that time of the month or am I just being an asshole for fun? Lol

I was using the Oura Ring but after 3 weeks of straight 50 - 60 readiness scores i was like fuck this and took it off lol

I had the apple watch but want something more understated. I like to track my fitness but sometimes it becomes too much and I don't want it creeping too much into my decision making - like should I do a hard class or take it easy today, which the Oura ring started to do.
