hey everyone! 🌟 so guess what? i just finished my first ever 5k run this morning and i’m still buzzing with excitement! 🏃‍♀️💨 it was tough, not gonna lie, but crossing that finish line felt amazing. huge shoutout to my buddy jason who kept me motivated the whole way through. 🙌 we might’ve looked like a couple of snails at some point, but hey, we did it! 🐌😂

if you’ve been thinking about starting to run or trying something new, just go for it! you never know what you’re capable of until you try. also, any tips for sore muscles would be super appreciated – i’m currently hobbling around like a grandma! 🙈
