We see good art, we tip it.

We dont ask to see good art.

We put in the effort, explore art channels and give artists the engagement other than the reward.

We dont ask artists to give us engagement in order for them to get tipped.

Are you sure the main reason behind those casts is to support artists? 

Or pump their engagement..?

If all of their allowance is going to artists I would see the increase in engagement as a result of the approach, not the main intent. Though maybe I am being naive. Regardless, it brings to my own attention lots of new artists I would not see.
