Somebody took his place long before he got arrested 99% of these kind of bosses go to jail only when they decide to. At least, thats what i learnt here in italy about the real mafia

Yes, most of the times not even by enemies but sickness If they get tumors and they wanna get treatments, its kinda hard to do if you’re an outlaw They just turn themselves (so they even get some advantages) and they go to the hospital instead of going to jail These people are fuckin smart
