This is a bit random but I actually discovered that, it’s not really about the length of sleep the refreshes you, it’s you mentally shutting down, making it known to yourself that you’ve completed all task

Your body doesn’t rest well, regardless of the Keith of sleep if it perceives that you still have incomplete task
