CBD on its own doesn’t do much (for me at least), but full spectrum? That’s the shi. A CBD+CBG+CBN tincture helped me so much the last time I took a long break. I actually like to take a little right before I light up for the synergy, most modern strains are bred for max THC & have almost no cannabinoids
