Collectors are willing to pay 3$ to mint your art but you only get 1$ from it

I’ve “sold” more than 1k pieces on Zora. 
People spent 3000$ but i didnt even earn half of it..

Isnt the blockchain supposed to get rid of the middle man..?

I thought artists got 4/7 of the "free" mint. Not that it's very high of course

If mint is on zora they take the referral fee as well
