Essentially they have a new Police Chief, which is not corrupted like the last one so heās now making war to clubs. Clubs are for residents only, not for everyone sadly, so heās kinda right even if itās a bummer. You still got ways to get some good weed but as I said is difficult now. Plus there is a lot more police in the streets now
