Not as complicated as it sounds when you borrow you are just throwing an “intent” to borrow onto the platform then it’s up to someone else to fill it based on the parameters you set - if no one fills it in 24 hours the intent expires from my understanding - tagging @joseph.eth as he would def know forsure

the cool thing is you can set the max amount of APY you’re willing to pay vs the platform deciding it based off of LTV. I’m pretty sure the loan I just took is <10% APY. I think the lender on the other end can sell their loans too?
