DEGEN DAO should buy up a country in world pvp. Enough to become the president with some buffer. 

Country should be a cheaper one in rank. 
Relatively large geographically so that we can use the decorate feature and be visible.
Should also be politically neutral so it can remain fun.

I dream about tokens. I like musical chairs.
