Ethena Labs has launched USDtb — a stablecoin backed by BlackRock’s USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund, with 90% of its reserves allocated to BlackRock’s BUIDL fund, investing in short-term US Treasury bills, cash, and repurchase agreements.
