Keeping up with industry trends.

Having been around for a while, our tooling was getting stale. We're in a big push to slowly replace our reliance on `ethers.js` (respect to the OG), with viem (@wevm), the hot new tool in town.

To that end, we've replaced BigNumber with bigint in our codebase. This is preparing us for the eventual removal of `ethers.js` entirely.
