does stoicism appeal to you as a woman? 

i often see men posting about it or engaging with it more than women, but have never taken the time (yet) to reflect on why that may be.

Stoicism does seem to be more popular among men, and I've wondered about that too as a man😂

 I think part of the reason is that stoicism can be seen as a very 'tough guy' philosophy.

But I believe  there's more to it than just that. Stoicism is ultimately about living in accordance with reason and virtue, which could benefit anyone regardless of gender icl

I know you made this post to ask but do YOU think there are certain aspects of stoicism that might be more appealing to women than others?
