Felt like a transition btw being awake and asleep. I felt it holding my hands down and staring dead at me, i tried to scream, i couldn’t… I tried to fight, i could not struggle, cus i just couldn’t, my body had lost the will to move or scream. Then finally, i broke free and it was suddenly over like it never happened. That was how I had my first ever sleep paralysis.

Crazy I have never experienced sleep paralysis Almost didn’t believe in it but I have heard a lot of people sharing their stories about it
