At times I have received advice and it’s turned out to be not only useless but harmful

Sometimes I have received advice but I desperately needed, but I just wasn’t quite ready to accept it or hear it yet

Every so often, I talk with someone and it is spot on. 

Most of the time I try things, and they don’t really work. And then I tried again and I learned some thing or I don’t, but I keep going. And this trial and error process just kind of keeps going on and on until I hit a valley that opens into wonderful pastures and beautiful views of abundance

This struck really deep and makes me wonder..

How do I know when it's time to leave that valley and move on to the next challenge? 

Is it a feeling, a sign, or a realization that comes from within?

It gets hard, you know. Really hard
