I spend time on here cus i want to keep up the rate at which my account is growing and maybe even improve it

It affects my sleep and i end up with 3-4hours a day cus i wake up early for work too

take a break! trust that we will still be here. i understand, even yesterday with a day off, i started getting worried about engagement algos etc. but our paths as creators are ultramarathons. we will be here.
