gm frens 馃攩 something we're interested to learn. what is the one ritual/habit you have picked up at /farcaster and why? ritual/habit - defined as something you do on farcaster almost everyday. e.g. for us. replying on /replyguys and playing /framedl A 500 DEGEN gift to the answer that we love the most.

I don鈥檛 know but farcaster has made me actually put more effort into figuring out how i can use my irl job to help people on-chain I mean, it鈥檚 a work in progress but when i first got on the app, i was lost but started figuring things out Now I鈥檝e developed the habit of trying to search for people who might need some advice about their physical health and replying them(i do alot of that haha) and giving advice. Made some friends along the way like @laursa.eth I drop physical health tips every single day on /physicaltherapy and I鈥檓 working actively to make sure the channels grows
