This is amazing, so glad to have found it!

Years ago my shoulder was dislocated in a car accident and I had surgery to repair the damage. My physical therapist told me that if I was diligent with my treatment and exercises, I would heal completely. I took her word and she was right! I was shocked to have healed so well and it opened my eyes to the importance of mobility training. I still practice the exercises and always recommend PT to others.
