GN replyors Another week is just flying by! It feels like it's going too fast tbh lol. Back pain is like 50% better than it was this morning, so I'm feeling alright that it'll resolve itself in another day or 2. Catch yas in the morningggggg π π΄

Gn Breech Try getting stretches in when you wake up and idk if you sit for long periods but if you do, you can take breaks at intervals Also, if you lift things alot. You might want to revise your posture while doing that. Idk what could be the cause but Iβm just speculating You can check the /physicaltherapy channel if you need anything moreπ

GM Law! Thanks for the recommendations fam. I definitely sit for long periods now, and I'm sure that's part of the problem. My military injuries have left me unable to run/jump or stand for long periods of time, hence the sitting for extended periods. My knees are screwed which also means bending and lifting are often done using more back than someone with good knees would require. It's unfortunate but also just how I'm kinda stuck now. Once the pain subsides more I will get more stretching into my daily routine, I'm not 20 anymore lol. π x 20 $degen
