I’m finally being consistent at the gym

At least, i was this week

Yes but it’s so stressful 

Cus i have to pack a bag in the morning to work, then i go from work after a tedious day

I had to draft out a full body workout programme each for 3 days

Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. Spaced it out like that cus i could not keep up going with work and the gym

I can’t even keep up with other things ( but as long as im healthy right? Lol)
