I know we’ve all probably made this mistake before, but do you know you are not to wear your bandages over night?

I had an ankle sprain in mind. Making the graphics cus i had one and recently so I forgot to also generalize it

 Leaving bandages on overnight after an ankle sprain can actually do more harm than good. 

Yes, compression is important for reducing swelling and providing support…. Wearing bandages too long, especially while sleeping, can lead to restricted blood flow. risk of numbness, or even worsen the  swelling. 

It's important to remove bandages before bed to allow the ankle to breathe and promote proper circulation. 

Instead, elevate your ankle and use ice if necessary to manage swelling while you sleep :)
